Cheryl A. Rice
Cheryl A. Rice: I first saw myself around the age of four. We lived on the first floor of a house, a greyhound upstairs. There was a broken-down pavilion in the yard we were warned to stay away from, stars piercing the roof.
I am supported by those ancient stars, paid to excess by the moon and her fickle appearances. Support comes first from within. If there is any applause about, enjoy it for what it is—the current phase of consent.

Gary Siegel
Gary Siegel loves poetry and is carried forward in putting it to paper by the inspirations he finds in strange places and by the dogged work the poets around him display regularly and for years.
